ABOUT US

Reddish Ale is a tiny pub in Reddish, Stockport. Owned by brothers Christopher and Craig Ballinger Reddish Ale aims to bring the best of a Northern boozer to a shop front built in 1903. With a focus on fine cask ale and modern craft beer, this is the place for those who want to drink the best beer these lands have to offer. Not to leave anyone out, the bar is stocked with great wine, spirits, and alcohol-free beverages. The Reddish Ale kitchen offers rotational seasonal menus using the finest produce from Organic North and Littlewoods Butchers. We frequently collaborate with our favourite local businesses like Baan Phad Thai, Cafe Sanjuan, Wineboy and Runaway Brewery.

The Reddish Ale kitchen offers daily menus to suit the occasion. Mondays are geared towards hospitality workers enjoying some time off - with good value food and discounted drinks. Wednesdays are Wing Wednesdays - chicken wings from our local butcher Littlewoods meet a variety of sauces - whether homemade or supplied by a top UK hot sauce maker. Thursdays are all about seasonal specials, or just specials - it could be small plate menu, pizza, a steak night or fish and chips. The meat will be from Littlewoods and the vegetables will be all organic. We have sandwiches on the bar on Thursdays and Fridays for lunch, as well as offering office/workplace deliveries of what we call our Top Butties. On Friday evenings there's a post-work round of aperitivo snacks alongside charcuterie and cheese boards. On Sundays we have roasts in the winter and a grill menu in the summer, but every week we'll be spinning vinyl - from our own collection or from a guest DJ.
